How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery time may vary based on your location and courier availability.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders above ₹500 within Karnataka receive free delivery.
A flat ₹50 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹500.
What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 24 hours at support@eatjoy.in or through our WhatsApp number for a quick resolution.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
