Bake My Day – Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, an order confirmation will be communicated to your registered email address along with a unique order identification number. We request you to use the assigned order identification number in all communications with us regarding the order placed.

Bake My Day reserves the right to accept or reject any order. Order acceptance is subject to dispatch of the product.

Order cancellations can be made by contacting our customer support via the provided email address or phone number. You will receive a full refund if the order cancellation is completed on the same day of order placement or before dispatch of the order, whichever comes first.
If not cancelled within this timeframe, the order will be considered confirmed.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business and products, all sales are considered final.

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The order has been cancelled before dispatch or on the same day of order placement, whichever comes first.

  • You have received an incorrect product. In such cases, please contact our customer support within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your order.

  • We are unable to deliver your order due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • You are not satisfied with the quality of the product. Please contact us at the provided contact details. Quality-related concerns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and refunds may be issued subject to applicable conditions.

Please Note

If your order is approved for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during order placement.

You will NOT be eligible for a refund if:

  • You refuse to accept the product at the time of delivery.

  • Delivery arrangements have not been made by the customer.

  • The shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

  • Damage to the product is reported after 24 hours from the time of receipt.

Bake My Day reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges, handling fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.

  • For approved refunds, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.
